Our bean matrix is comprised of just the top two percent of all the beans grown and picked in the world. Not bitter and acidic like most coffee, you will find a very smooth almost nutty flavor in each cup. All beans used in our roast are organic with no harmful pesticides used in the cultivation process. And every batch of beans is kept a watchful eye over to ensure that the roasting process occurs at a specific time and temperature to ensure optimal quality. The details are apparent in every sip. We ship our beans in a special bag that allows built up gasses to escape while preventing any air to enter. Freshness is imperative and air serves as the enemy in maintaining this very important detail.
