  • How are the products at longleafstore.com made?
    All of the items found on LongLeafStore.com are made from scratch. To us this means truly made from scratch, from hand rolling the pie crust to mixing each batch of ingredients for your item. We do not make your pie, cheesecake, or loaf of bread until you order it, just like it is when you walk into our store.


  • Do the pies and cheesecakes taste as good as they look?
    Nope - they taste better.


  • When will I receive my order?
    We only ship with express shipping in order for your items to be at their peak when they arrive at your door. That means we only ship Mon - Wednesday so that you will receive your order Wednesday - Friday.


  • I just received my order. How long does it last and how should I store it?
    When you receive an order it is best to remove it from packaging immediately and place it in the refrigerator or freezer depending on how quickly you want to consume the item. Each item will come with special instructions detailing the shelf life of the product. However, since these products are so delicious it is best to consume them before your friends, relatives, and neighbors do.


  • The box that I received my order had some damage from shipping and thus damaged my order. What should I do?
    Let us know immediately if there is a problem concerning your order. We will do our best to correct the problem in a timely manner.


  • I want a special pie, one not listed on the site. Can I special order one?
    Sure you can. Just send us an e-mail detailing what you would like and we will be glad to let you know if we are able to make your item.


  • What makes a LongLeaf Pie better than the other guy's?
    Well, if you read the about us page you will see that we are a small family owned company. We take great pride in making the best made from scratch baked goods we can. Each item we send off is made with the same care as if you picked it up from our store. No assembly lines, no mass production, its just us baking pies, cheesecakes, and breads for you our customer.


  • My pie just arrived and it is damaged. Can I get a refund?
    We understand that some damage to your product can occur during shipping. However, we cannot offer any monetary refunds on your order. We can try our best to make it right. If there is substantial damage to your product please take a picture upon arrival and send it to us along with your conformation number.


  • I have a question that isn't above. What do I do?
