The LongLeaf Coffee and Bakery Co. opened its doors on May 10, 2007 in Victoria, Tx. We wanted to provide our customers with the best possible coffee and baked goods possible. So, we decided to make everything from scratch, from the pie crust to the little mice on top of the cheesecake. Our customers started taking our baked goods with them everywhere they went. Some even started to ship loaves of bread to family and friends. That gave us the idea for this online store. We wanted to provide the same delicious baked goods to people all over the country as we do any of our customers that walk through our door.
